Ordering
All orders are made via the Internet. We do not accept orders in any other way than via our online store on our website. We accept pick-up of orders from us in Malmö. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained from the customer before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage, report to the police. Ordering gives consent for the customer's e-mail to be registered in our list for newsletters, and consent is also given for WellBeing24 HB to send newsletters to the e-mail address. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cancellation
As long as your order has not left our warehouse, it is possible to make a cancellation. Contact us at info@wellbeing24.se, enter order number and full name. We then confirm whether it is possible to carry out the cancellation.

We are currently unable to handle additions to orders.

Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery.

If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to info@wellbeing24.se in the manner specified here. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If you do not want to use the above option for notification, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced (see www.konsumentverket.se)

14 days open purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
